Atom Download makes sending dictations from a digital voice recorder
to an Atom Dictation System easier than ever. Simply 'dock' the
portable and it's done! Atom Download automatically downloads
your recordings from the voice recorder, encrypts the jobs and sends
the work over the network or internet to the Atom Dictation System for
immediate routing to transcription.
Atom Download users can select from a host of portable dictation devices
- ranging from cost-effective handheld to a full-featured professional
handheld with speech recognized-input or optional barcode input. This
device provides "walk and talk" dictation captured throughout
the day.
Atom Download is easy to use. All you have to do is record the dictation
with the handheld then place it in the docking station, and wait for
the smiley face. This
is a visual indicator to let you know the files have been offloaded.
Once on the dictations are offloaded to the server, they're tracked
and routed according to rules set up within the management portion of
Atom. Each
workstation does not need its own software license. Atom Download uses
CALS (Concurrent Access Licenses). A concurrent Access license allows
you to license per connection not PC or device. Atom download limits
16 simultaneous users to be off loading dictations from the docking station
at one time.
HOW IT WORKS
Atom Download is primarily designed to move audio
files and transcription documents from one location to another, however
it may be used to in a variety of different scenarios.
Some features inherent in this product:
"Rules" are set within the atom manager system to tell download
where to send the dictation once it has entered the atom system.This
allows massive flexibility in designing custom scenarios for transferring
files to the atom system. Files can be 'routed' based on
internal details from the demographic information or keyword input to
allow custom routing scenarios. Full logging of all transfers and customizable
error handling and error notification are built in.
Atom Download has
128 bit Secure Encrypted that are built in.
