Our firm has been using dictation systems that require microcassettes; however, since digital has become more affordable, we have been able to convert many of the attorneys over to digital. The clarity is superb!

We purchased a new phillips pocket memo and while the product is great, it is a bit confusing getting it all hooked up and they do not offer any assistance unless you pay a monthly fee.  While we are glad we purchased the product, having to pay an additional $39.95 for 30 days of  technical support on a new product was a surprise.

Store response: Free 30 days of tech support is provided for all PROFESSIONAL line products. We offer 30 days of support for a small fee on all other dictation systems. This option is available on the product you purchased.

Dictation is easy, however the 'quick' booklet is not user friendly (photos only, no written instructions).  Transcription is wonderful, the foot pedals are great.  Software not difficult.  The Service Dept. are very helpful and knowledgable.
